Affiliate disclosure

Last updated: October 15, 2026

OpenIntents does not take part in affiliate programs. We earn no commissions, referral fees, kickbacks or other payments from the stores we buy from, and we do not add affiliate links, referral codes or tracking tags to the purchases we make.

How we make money#

Our only revenue is the fee you see on every receipt: 5% of each completed purchase, paid by you, the buyer. Failed, cancelled and test purchases are free. See pricing.

How stores are chosen#

When you name a store, we buy from that store. When you do not, the store is chosen to fit your request: the item, the price, availability and delivery. No store pays us to be chosen, ranked or recommended.

If this changes#

If we ever join an affiliate program or accept payments from stores, we will update this page before it takes effect and say clearly, wherever it applies, that we may earn money from a purchase.
